Terms & Conditions: Northamber Avocor Display Cricket Hospitality Competition
1. Eligibility
• This promotion is open exclusively to authorised reseller businesses based in the UK.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older and employed by a valid reseller organisation.
• Employees of Northamber PLC, Avocor, any of their affiliates, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2. Promotion Period
• The promotion runs from 9:00am Thursday 1st May 2025 to 5:00pm Friday July 11th 2025 inclusive.
• All qualifying purchases must be invoiced within this date range to count as valid entries.
3. How to Enter
• Each Avocor display purchased within the promotional period constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw.
• Entries are tracked via Northamber’s internal sales system.
• There is no limit to the number of entries a reseller can accrue; however, each reseller may only win one (1) prize.
4. The Prize
• Seven (7) winning resellers will each receive two (2) VIP tickets to attend Day 4 of the England v India Rothesay Test Match at The Kia Oval, London.
• The tickets include access to The Pitchside Clubhouse, a hospitality suite with the following benefits:
- Morning networking with breakfast
- Executive drinks reception
- Three-course lunch
- Afternoon tea
- Open bar
• Travel and accommodation are not included in the prize.
5. Prize Draw & Allocation
• Winners will be selected at random via a raffle draw held 2 weeks (10 working days) after the closing date of 11th July 2025.
• Once a winning reseller is drawn, their name will be removed from the remaining pool for subsequent draws.
• A maximum of one prize per reseller (and their subsidiaries) will be awarded, regardless of the number of qualifying entries.
6. Notification of Winners
• Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within five (5) working days of the prize draw.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) working days, Northamber reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. General
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• Northamber reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
• By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and to any publicity Northamber may wish to conduct in relation to the promotion.
• Northamber reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
