1. Promoter

The Promotion is organised and promoted by Northamber PLC, Northamber House, 23 Davis Road, Chessington, Surrey, KT9 1HS (“Northamber”, “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 00:01 BST on Tuesday 1 April 2026 until 17:30 BST on Tuesday 30 June 2026 (“the Promotion Period”). Only qualifying invoices raised within this period will be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to:

• UK and Ireland-based IT resellers, AV integrators and Northamber trade account holders
• Businesses holding a valid Northamber trade account
• Participants aged 18 years or over

The Promotion is not open to:

• Members of the general public
• Employees of Northamber PLC and their immediate families
• Employees of Fellowes or any vendors directly associated with the Promotion
• Any organisation where participation would breach internal policies or laws

Northamber reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

4. Qualifying Purchases

All Fellowes products purchased through Northamber qualify for the Promotion.

• Orders must be invoiced during the Promotion Period
• Cancelled, returned, or credited orders will be excluded
• Northamber reserves the right to exclude transactions deemed non-genuine or outside normal trading activity

5. Entry Mechanism

Participants will automatically receive entries into the prize draw based on qualifying purchases.

• Each qualifying invoice containing Fellowes products will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw
• There is no maximum number of entries per participant

Entries are calculated based on invoiced transactions during the Promotion Period.

6. Prize

• 1 × EIZO EV4340X 43” 4K Monitor

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products. Northamber reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place within 14 days of the end of the Promotion Period. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will be conducted by Northamber and/or an independent representative.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Northamber account. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Northamber reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s registered business address or an agreed UK or Ireland location. Northamber accepts no responsibility for delivery delays outside its control.

10. Marketing and Publicity

By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Northamber may:

• Announce the winning company name
• Use the company name for promotional and marketing purposes relating to the Promotion

No personal data will be publicly shared without consent.

11. Liability

Northamber accepts no responsibility for:

• Lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected entries
• Technical failures affecting participation
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

12. Data Protection

Any personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Northamber’s Privacy Policy, available at www.northamber.com. Data will only be used for administration of the Promotion unless additional consent is provided.

13. Promotion Changes

Northamber reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where necessary
• Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time

Any changes will be communicated via Northamber’s website or marketing channels.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
