1. Eligibility
1.1. The Channel Sales Promotion – Northamber BIG Christmas Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is open to all UK channel resellers and/or reseller partners of Northamber PLC and the Northamber PLC Group of companies, which includes Audio Visual Material Ltd and Tempura Communications Ltd (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Participants") who meet the following criteria:
(a) Participants must be aged 18 or over.
(b) Participants must be in good standing with Northamber and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
(c) Participants must ensure they are eligible to take part in the Promotion on behalf of their organisation and agree to these terms and conditions by registering at www.northamber.com/christmas.
2. Promotion Period
2.1. The Promotion will run from 01/12/2025 at 9:00am (GMT) to 12/12/2025 at 5:30pm (GMT) (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
3. Participation
3.1. To participate in the Promotion, Participants must:
(a) Be a registered reseller/partner of Northamber and hold a valid account
(b) Make qualifying purchases featuring participating vendors during the Promotion Period.
(c) Ensure purchases are made within the specified UK regions served by Northamber.
(d) Comply with any additional requirements specified by Northamber for participation.
(e) Ensure each qualifying order has a minimum value of £100 (ex VAT). Each qualifying order of £100 or more counts as one (1) entry into the final prize draw.
4. Prizes
4.1. Prizes will be allocated at random, drawn from a tombola. The draw will be recorded and the video shared on LinkedIn and on the Promotion landing page.
4.2. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
4.3. Northamber reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value if circumstances beyond its control require it.
5. Winner Notification and Verification
5.1. Winners will be notified via email or other contact details provided during registration within one week of the Promotion closing date.
5.2. Winners must respond within 7 days of receiving the notification to confirm acceptance of the prize, delivery address and any other required information.
5.3. Winners may be required to provide additional information or complete a verification process as deemed necessary by Northamber to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
6. Publicity
6.1. By participating, Participants consent to Northamber’s use of their company names, logos, and any submitted promotional materials for marketing purposes related to the Promotion, without further compensation or notice.
7. General Conditions
7.1. Northamber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
7.2. Northamber reserves the right to disqualify Participants who violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or attempt to manipulate or tamper with the Promotion process.
7.3. By registering for the Promotion, Participants agree that their email address will be added to the Northamber marketing database to receive updates on future promotions and channel news across the Northamber technology portfolio.
