Northamber & Eaton – BIG March Giveaway
1. The promotion runs from 1st February 2026 to 31st March 2026, inclusive.
2. Open to UK-registered reseller companies purchasing Eaton products through Northamber.
3. Companies must register for the promotion to be eligible.
4. Each participating company will be issued a company-specific Promotional Sales Target, determined by Northamber based on historic Eaton / Tripp Lite purchasing activity, or growth potential for new partners.
5. Participants will receive one Prize Draw entry upon achieving their sales target, plus two additional entry for every 10% by which they exceed that target.
6. Prize draw entries are awarded based on invoiced sales during the promotional period.
7. Companies that achieve or exceed their issued target will have all earned entries doubled.
8. One winning company will be selected at random, and announced week commencing 13th April 2026
9. The prize is a £4,000 technology bundle. Any applicable prize tax will be covered by Eaton.
10. The winning company is responsible for determining internal distribution of the prize.
11. Registered individuals are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to accept a prize on behalf of their employer.
12. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of supply constraints, a like-for-like alternative will be provided.
13. Northamber and Eaton reserve the right to verify claims, amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion in exceptional circumstances.
14. All decisions by Northamber relating to the promotion are final.
