TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Should this promotion result in the winning of a prize with a monetary value, you agree as the winner to resolve any taxes owed accordingly.
1.1 Should a prize be awarded, it will be delivered to a UK address as standard. You will be contacted to provide this information.
1.2 You have 30 days from formal notice of winning a prize to respond and claim it, otherwise you will forfeit your prize. This contact involved the methods supplied upon your competition/promotion entry.
2. To be considered for winning this promotion, you must be employed full-time as an employee of a UK-based IT reseller.
2.1 By entering this competition/promotion, you confirm that you are permitted by your employer to do so & receive any prizes if successful.
3. Upon entry into this competition/prize draw/promotion, your email will also be added to our marketing database. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link found at the bottom of our promotional emails.
3.1 The information you submit will not be sold or given to third parties, and will be used to inform you of products/services/promotions from Northamber.
4. Should a prize be offered as part of this promotion, it is our intention to supply that specific product/service. Should situations arise that are out of our control (e.g. 3rd party stock levels) we reserve the right to award a prize of similar value and product classification.
4.1. Where we, Northamber plc, feel an alternative solution would not be sufficient, we will contact the winner to discuss the available options.
5. The promotion is active from the dates stipulated on the promotional asset to which you were directed to submit an entry. Should you submit an entry after this time your entry will not be counted, but you may still be added to our promotional database (see point 3.)
6. If this promotion relates to a specific product or product range, please note this may be subject to stock availability & price changes out of the control of Northamber PLC.
